Lamine Yamal’s crush at Milan airport due to crowds of people wanting to take pictures with him
Lamine Yamal has become one of the most popular and sought-after faces in Spain. The forward for F.C. Barcelona was undoubtedly the big revelation of the last Eurocup, where the team led by Luis de la Fuente was crowned European champions for the fourth time in their history after defeating the English national team (2-1) in a high-voltage match that took place on July 14th.
The 17-year-old soccer player managed to revolutionize an entire country with his playing and the decisive goal he scored against the French national team in the first semifinal of the tournament, securing Spain’s direct pass to the championship final. Thanks to his flawless performance throughout the European Championship, the Barça winger was awarded the prize for the best young player of the tournament.
After an intense month with the national team, the football player decided to spend a few days on vacation in Greece with his current partner, Álex Padilla. They both enjoyed the paradisiacal beaches of Kardamaina, located on the island of Kos, Greece, and stayed at the renowned Mitsis Summer Palace hotel, as they showed on their social media.
However, his days of disconnection have come to an end and one of Lamine Yamal’s followers has witnessed how the player boarded a plane at Milan airport amid an impressive crowd of people who wanted to take a photo with the most popular player of the Spanish National Team.
As the content creator @joaanpu recounted on his TikTok profile, “I was returning from Milan on a plane and I ran into Lamine Yamal at the airport. It surprised me a lot because he practically sat next to me on the plane. I was in row 2 and he was in row 1,” the tiktoker explained.
But the plane journey was far from peaceful, as people kept asking the footballer for photos. “There were moments when people would ask him for pictures and he would say no because it was a huge crowd that could cause chaos at the airport and inside the plane,” he claimed.
Although the content creator was able to get a snapshot with the forward. ”He took a photo with me and more people on the shuttle bus from the plane to the airport. However, there came a point when Lamine was very overwhelmed and didn’t take photos with anyone,” he confessed while emphasizing that the 17-year-old handled the situation with great professionalism.
